Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the goods.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused,
- it must be in original condition,
- it should be returned in original packaging (if possible).
The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless agreed otherwise.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise.
4. Non-Returnable Items
According to EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-imported products ordered specifically for the customer,
- made-to-order items,
- personalized products.
This includes automotive and motorsport parts imported on demand.
5. Complaints (Defective Products)
The right to file a complaint applies regardless of the return policy.
Customers are entitled to:
- repair,
- replacement,
- price reduction,
- refund (if the defect is significant).
